Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician/Analyst to join our client's Product Application Lab team. This role involves conducting chemical testing, supporting product development, and ensuring the effective operation of laboratory equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions, support customer requirements, and maintain compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct chemical and functional performance testing of plating processes and products.
• Assist engineers in performing process characterization studies.
• Install and maintain plating chemistry and lab equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Manage laboratory operations, including procurement of chemicals and equipment.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers, including on-site troubleshooting.
• Support sales efforts through in-house studies and customer requirements analysis.
• Assist in customer qualifications and ensure compliance with ISO-defined procedures.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic chemical analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of electro-chemistry, plating processes, and corrosion analysis.
• Familiarity with laboratory analysis techniques.
