Job scope:

• Perform hands-on prober maintenance including probe card reshaping and pin replacement.
• Execute vertical repair processes,including lapping, washing, baking and other procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with overseas headquarter for troubleshooting, process updates and technical guidance on new procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication between local teams and international counterparts for consistent repair quality.
• Collaborate with planners to ensure repairs and maintenance align with production schedules.
• Manage repair timelines to minimize downtime and meet internal deadlines.
• Prepare regular reports and update trackers for the internal team to monitor progress, issues and resolutions.
• Maintan accurate documentation of repair processes and outcomes for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to other sites if necessary.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in semiconductor industry
• Candidates with no experience but relevant qualification can apply

• To specialise in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality
• To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done
• To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist
• To ensure smooth production operation with production report
• To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield
• To perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Any other jobs as assigned by Manpower supervisor

Requirements:

• Comfortable to work Shift work
• Dip/Degree fresh grad in Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical discipline
• Comfortable to work in Cleanroom Environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining company Integrated Management System (IMS - ISO 9001, 14001 & 13485 requirements).
• Assist in planning, conducting and/or leading internal Integrated Management System (IMS) audit and handling customer audits.
• Assist in follow up with post audit activities, document findings and raise finding reports, expedite Corrective Actions on audit findings and their closure and verify effectiveness of the Corrective Actions.
• Support and coordinate with respective internal parties to be ready before and during external audits.
• Prepare and update standard procedures and instructions for use within the organization.
• Assist in preparing annual QMS review meeting and materials for presentation.
• Supervise & lead QA Supervisor, QA Line Leader & QA Inspectors for day-to-day operation.
• Plan and maintain training competency readiness of QA Supervisor, Leader & Inspectors.
• Prepare quality reports and documents as assigned.
• Monitor and coordinate equipment’s calibration.
• Ensure inventory of QA samples and documented information issued.
• Assist to resolve quality matters with Operation
• Maintain completeness of Device History Records (DHR) for all healthcare projects.
• Coordinate Corrective Action Request (CAR) for timely and completeness of correction and corrective action(s).
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor (and above)

Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Assurance
• Responsible and positive attitude
