RESPONSIBILITIES;
To done a stage wise inspection of (FITUP inspection, WELDING inspection and PDI (predelivery inspection).
Ensure the stage wise IPV (In process validation) and prepare regular written QC & QA report
submitted to the customer.
Final inspection - Ensure the body visual orientation and materials against the customer IPV(In
process validation).
Responsible for documentation process for customer CAT (caterpillar) provide standards prepare
quality document to every inspetion stage.
Check the incoming materials by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement
tests rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
Ensure the Incoming stock material Quality and then give aprove for the stocks through the
provided SAP (System application product).
Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget
Qualifications for Mechanical Engineer
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience desiging mechanical systems and products
Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
