What You Will Do
Support production line, SPC/FDC (statistical process control / fault detection classification) monitoring, perform process window study and provide improvement plan to improve process stability and performance.
Lead Process CIP (continuous improvement projects) in Dept. to improve process robustness, cost and tool capacity thru –
Develop and characterize new process recipes for new/existing technologies and NPI (New Product Introduction), meeting qualification and reliability requirements
Improve process performance indices adopting big data analytic, statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
Collaborate/work with cross functional teams, cross fabs and OEM suppliers for BKM (best known method) convergence on recipes, material, method, and I4.0 automation, and resolving complex integration issue
Drive company's production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release.
Train, coach, and guide Engineers to support daily operational requirements and impart process knowledge, troubleshooting skills, risk assessment and decision making.

What You Will Need
MS/BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Diploma candidates with minimum 5 years of work experience in similar role.
Demonstrated ability in structured problem solving and root cause analysis with solution development.
Strong knowledge in SPC (Statistical Process Control), risk assessment, DOE (Design of Experiment) and 8D approaches.
Experience in big data analysis and use of AI/ML, coding like python.
Strong technical depth and having patents and papers publication is a plus.
