Responsibilities:
- Attending site meetings with consultants;
- Study of Construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
- Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
- Inform Project Director or Project Manager on any technical / site problems arising;
- Supervising the progress of work on site;
- Reporting work progress to the necessary party;
- Ensure all fire protection systems are in good conditions and ensure the systems are compliance with codes and standards;
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire protection systems;
- Coordination of sub-contractor’s work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.

Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in mechanical engineering or in related field; A degree recognised by PE Board is an advantage;
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, principles, codes, and standards.
- Working experience in A&A works will be an advantage;
- Project site is located at AMK;
- Offer subject to experience and qualification.
