Working Location: Mandai Estate (15mins bus ride from Kranji MRT)
Job Description:
This role involves ensuring the efficiency, safety and compliance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, elevators and other mechanical infrastructure.
- Plan, manage, inspect, compile service reports for routine maintenance for M&E systems
- Prepare quotation via schedule of rates for any repairs or new works
- Attend to fault calls for emergency/ critical M&E systems
- Provide support in project works
- Attend meetings as arranged by superior
- Required to make frequent site visits to government sites (this is not a desk bound job)
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Mechanical Engineering
- Only those with relevant experience may apply
