Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer to join our Engineering Technology Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing engineering projects, leveraging technical expertise to solve complex problems and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Engineering Practice: Utilize engineering knowledge and skills to undertake projects of varying scales. Apply professional standards and practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate solid professional knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering. Use engineering software proficiently and understand relevant technical standards and specifications.
• Problem Solving: Analyze engineering problems, identify key issues, and develop reasonable and feasible solutions to address them effectively.
• Documentation and Communication: Read, understand, and produce technical documents and reports in English. Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms, including interpreting English technical literature.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant engineering practice experience with familiarity in managing the entire process of engineering projects. Experience in independently handling projects of a certain scale is preferred.
• Professional Skills: Solid knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in using engineering software and a strong understanding of engineering standards and specifications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to accurately identify engineering problems and propose effective solutions.
• Language Skills: Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills, with the ability to interpret technical literature and engineering materials.
