The Job

• Subject matter expert for Linux, Solaris, Oracle Linux and Oracle Web Logic
• Provide level 2 & 3 technical support to ensure due fulfilment of service level

• Backup as a System Admin for Windows systems

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree qualification in Computer/Electronic/Electrical Engineering of relevant experience
• Strong technical background with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in administering and security hardening of Linix and Solaris etc.
• Strong experience in the administration of Weblogic Application Server and software rollout.
• Strong experience in the administration of RedHat and Oracle suite of products.
• Possess good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Willing to work out-field and provide after office-hours remote standby support.
• Ability to work independently and provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment.

As a Cyber Security Specialist at Jurong Port, you will be responsible for the daily administration and management of cyber security tools and systems. Your primary duties will include maintaining and optimizing security tools, monitoring system logs, conducting vulnerability assessments, and ensuring endpoint protection.

The Job:

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of security tools such as endpoint protection solutions, PAMS, WAF and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Review and investigate security logs from various systems and tools to identify and respond to potential security incidents and breaches.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security weaknesses.
• Conduct cyber security training and exercise to test and improve staffs’ awareness and response
• Monitor and respond timely to security incidents and alerts, conducting thorough investigations and root cause analyses to minimize risk exposure.
• Work closely with IT and application team to ensure security compliance and best practices are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for cyber security matters.
• Develop and distribute security newsletters and advisories to educate staff on the latest security threats and best practices.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cyber security or a related role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management
• Strong knowledge of security principles, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, endpoint protection, WAF, VA, SIEM and PAMS solutions.
• Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storages and endpoints).
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, SSCP or any cyber security related certificate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the M&E team in carrying out maintenance, repairs and construction of infrastructure facilities in the Port.
• Plan inspection and maintenance works for civil, electrical and mechanical infrastructure in port are carried out according to plan.
• Manage various ongoing term and ad hoc contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement and payment guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain Building Management System.
• Ensure proper liaison between tenants, internal staff and contractors for maintenance/ repair works.
• Ensure compliance of port infrastructure with local authority regulations and codes of practices.
• Certify completion for various maintenance/ repair works.
• Monitor schedule/ progress of cyclical, ad hoc maintenance and project works.
• Attend operation and safety meetings.
• Recommend for improvement works.
• Ensure compliance of term contractors with Port’s Rules and Regulation (tenancy agreement enforcement is out of scope for FM).
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports for term contracts and projects.
• Monitor the contractor's works with regard to compliance with technical specifications, schedule and quality requirements.
• Monitor OPEX and CAPEX expenditure according to the approved budget.
• Prepare technical specification and tender documents for maintenance Term Contracts and ad hoc projects.
• Conduct briefings to staff and contractors.
• Prepare reports and papers for budget and funds approval.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical maintenance.
• Diploma in Engineering with a minimum 10 years of similar experience. Knowledge in marine structures and ACMV will be a strong advantage.
• Certified FSM and LEW preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken skills.
• Able to make presentations and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and power point.
