Job Description
> Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for Projects.
> Analyse tenders and contracts, negotiation and agreement on terms with suppliers and contractors.
> Monitor project cost and expenditure, providing regular reports to the management team.
> Assist in preparation of progress claims and final accounts.
> Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers to ensure efficient project delivery.
> Provide quantity surveying support throughout entire project cycle.
> Stay up-to-date with industry regulation, standards and local codes
Requirements
> Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
> Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
> Strong attention to details and ability to work with numbers
> Good communicating and interpersonal skills
> Familiar with construction industry software / tools
> Ability to work effectively in a team
