The job-holder is expected to perform the following duties:
- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows
- Ensure that production is running smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure periodic maintenance of equipment and processes
- Ensure regulatory requirements are complied with at all times
- Daily assignment of tasks to production workers
- Monitor production stocks
- Trouble shoot and investigate production losses, process and equipment issues
- Provide production data or reports upon request
- Involve in process improvement
- Handle all related production logsheets and documents
- Handle all ISO documentations related to chemical processes
- Train new production workers
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Initiate recovery activities in the event of production disruptions
- Develop and revise SOP, risk assessment & relevant documents
- In charge of equipment calibrations
- Update production output regularly
- Involve in ISO and customer audits
- Member of the Hazmat & CERT team and Safety Committee
