Responsible for performing installation, commissioning and after-sales service support in all sales territories.
Job Description & Duties
- Attend to preventive maintenance and service breakdown calls
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers
- Provide installation & commissioning support to the customers
- Obtain new sales opportunities through the service visits
- Participate in Key Trade shows and to help with the set-up and demo of all equipment on exhibit
- Setup and assist the customer during product testing in our workshop
- Maintain high level of service and relationship at all times with the trade to gain the best support in the industry. This includes participation in professional association meetings outside of regular business hours.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any other engineering background preferred
- Those with pharmaceutical service background and experience will be highly advantageous
- Able to work as a team
- Able to use AUTOCAD
- Bilingual in English and one other language (Bahasa Malay/Mandarin) preferred
- Able to travel on short notice and expect to travel out of Singapore for up to one month
