Job Scope:
- Maintain and upgrade systems, including computing devices and applications on servers, ensuring overall network impact is considered.
- Manage functions such as Internet access, email, computer hardware (including laptops), and software.
- Ensure network performance, establish a functional directory structure, and manage network security and disk space allocation.
- Set up user accounts in accordance with established policies, procedures, and limitations.
- Track and resolve problems or issues, providing technical advice to staff regarding system implementations.
- Perform network maintenance, changes, and upgrades, and set up new phone lines and terminals.
- Assess new software and hardware products to enhance network performance, expand network services, and improve cybersecurity.
- Conduct regular scheduled systems management and maintenance, ensuring program integrity through backups and diagnostic software routines.
- Implement disaster recovery plans, running system backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Develop policies as needed for Business Continuity Plans.
- Create an annual work plan.
Job Requirement:
- Min. Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of related working experience
- Immediate starter will be an advantage
