Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and escalation for product issues.
- Assist to troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate product issues or customers’ problems.
- Act as the technical product support/ advisor during seminar or workshop.
- Provide technical training and product knowledge to customer service team.
- Perform client site visit for technical support or repairing.
- Work closely with the sales teams, stakeholders and CS team regarding market plans and product reworks.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
- Evaluate the new products specification to understand the key features for proactive support.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in technical support, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
- Prior knowledge in IP Networking is preferred.
- Possessing CTS Certification is an added advantage.
