Job Description：

1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the engineering standards of Electricity and weak Electricity system, construction and acceptance standards in companies.
2. Review the relevant URS and SOP in projects and companies, to ensure the management process in different sites integrated into WuXi standard.

4. Participate in the design and execution of the upgrade or expansion projects in companies.
5. Responsible for high and low voltage power distribution, diesel generators, integrated wiring, access control, security monitoring, automatic fire alarm and other specialties in the workshop. Responsible for the construction feasibility review of the above professional design drawings, review and confirm the construction plan, deepening drawings, schedule, material sampling, process samples, etc. submitted by the construction unit.
6. Supervise and inspect the quality and plan execution of the construction process to ensure that the quality and progress meet the requirements of the project. Responsible for coordinating and organizing construction quality inspections, process acceptance, concealed acceptance, etc. during the construction process. Responsible for organizing and coordinating quality inspection and acceptance after the completion of construction, rectifying quality problems, and coordinating all parties to carry out equipment and system debugging, acceptance, training, and hand over.

Job Summary：

Head of Facility Engineering, be responsible for facility engineering in Global engineering, support project delivery, lead or support local engineering team and system set up, lead global engineering CoE and ESG deployment, develop global engineering standards; Project Director of WuXi Biologics Tuas project, be responsible for project delivery on schedule, within budget, in compliance with requirements of safety, quality, related standards and regulations.

Responsibilities：

• Team management, training and development, budget control, support capital projects including development of URS for utilities and facility (U&F), design input and review, U&F system delivery, commissioning, and qualification
• Lead or support local engineering team and system set up, training and development, and localize team to site with project delivery
• Lead or support new sites engineering operation readiness, management system set up, start up and operation management during project implementation

Job Summary:

The Clean Utility engineer is responsible for URS development, design review, equipment or system specification review or preparation, bidding, installation, commissioning and qualification of clean utility equipment & system (PW, WFI, PS, PCA, O2 etc.,) and deliver clean utility system on schedule, within budget and in compliance with EHS, Quality, regulations, related standards and user requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Deeply involved in project design, working with design teams and suppliers to provide detailed designs that meet user requirements;
2. Packages URS development, review and approval by end users and related approvers;
3. Review, check and approve deliverables including documents, equipment/system of clean utility system produced by contractors;
4. Cooperate with the procurement team to complete relevant bidding work, including bidding plan development and approval, technical clarification, technical scoring, etc.
5. Lead site installation, commissioning activities of Clean Utility system, working closely with users, vendors, project team to ensure packages delivered on schedule, within budget and in compliance with EHS, Quality, regulations, related standards and user requirements;
6. Review technical drawings, specifications and related documents for equipment and systems, including generator & distribution of PW, WFI, PS, PCA, etc.;

Responsibilities：

Project Initiation and Planning Phase

1. Get familiar with available project documents, collect industrial and local regulatory context information, to fully understand the project planned to be built.
2. Prepare multiple schedules for project option assessment.
3. Develop and maintain the high-level project schedule files to align with business goals and project delivery strategy, brief schedule summary and assumptions for project team to continuously review and validate.
4. Assist project team to allocate and analyze available resources.
5. At the end of the phase, deliver a level 1 project schedule baseline with narrative (incl. scheduling methodology, calendar settings, assumptions, area of concerns/risks etc.) to cover project stages from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, start-up and licensing.

Project Execution Phase

1. Work with project team to develop the level 2 master schedule, set up baseline schedule.
2. Assist on schedule requirement and schedule review for critical procurement packages.
3. Review and assess schedule files provided/submitted by contractors/vendors.
4. Maintain master schedules in P6/MS project, keep the schedule narrative updated and log down the critical/important modifications.
5. Provide short term look ahead schedules and develop micro schedules as necessary, to coordinate on challenging work segments and assist on time targets alignment among different parties.
6. Monitor and document work progress in a quantified way (e.g., Earned value), compare with baseline, identify any deviations, analyze the causes, propose corrective actions, prepare and distribute schedule reports timely and accurately.
7. Review, advise and analyze extension of time (EOT) and related claims.Quick response on the Ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements：
