Account Executive

Location: West- Venture Drive

Responsibilities

1.1 Accounting Functions

- Process invoices, required shipping, and project documents, and send or upload them to customers promptly.

- Responsible for LC presentation, BG issuance and related issues.

- Manage Accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices, processing receipts and attending to customers requests.

- Manage Accounts payable, intake of suppliers invoices, prepare payments and attending to suppliers requests.

- Maintain and reconcile bank books/registers.

- Maintain fixed assets registers and other schedules of accounts as required. - Process staff claims and ensure accurate monthly transaction records.

- Provide prompt support for the timely close of monthly accounts. - Responsible for quarterly GST Reporting

- Provide support for annual external audit, tax, and other related compliances.

- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

B. Qualifications Required

o Min Diploma in Accountancy, or Finance

Job Description:

You will be part of the team to administer the building regulations on the safety of the façades, including:

• Cladding, curtain wall and exterior features eg. windows and air-conditioning units, of buildings.
• Carry out site inspections and follow up with building owners to take measures in ensuring the safety of building façades and assess their structural integrity and safety.
• Develop new policies, regulations and initiatives to enhance the safety of the building façades.
• Carrrying out R&D works on façade inspection technologies.

Working Arrangement:

Location: JEM

Contract Duration: 2 Years

Working hours:

Monday to Friday

8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs)

8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Candidates may be required to work on weekends and time-off may be granted.

Salary: $3000 - $7000/Month

Requirements:

• Degree in civil & structural, preferably a practising professional engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore. Candidates who are not registered PEs but are preparing for registration with the PE board would also be considered;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant practical façade work experiences including cladding, curtain wall and other types of architectural finishes or at least 4 years of working experience in structural design and analysis of buildings.
• Has good understanding of façade materials behaviours such as glass, aluminium, steel, stone, and knowledge of relevant standards and codes for facades.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
