Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate progress reports for ongoing projects, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive work done reports, detailing the completed tasks, materials used, and any deviations from the initial plan.
• Support the engineering team in maintaining internal quality management documents, ensuring that project processes adhere to standards.
• Update and maintain monthly reports, including project status, and resource allocation, to provide a clear overview of project performance.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Candidate that does not fulfill this minimum requirement but with relevant experience would be considered.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in vendor/contractor management.

5-days work week : 8.20am to 5.50pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties

• Able to troubleshoot all products failure return in RMA.
• Debug and repair all customer product RMA rejects to component level.
• Able to work well in a cross functional team.
• Perform product testing and verification after repair.
• Provide real time feedback on the process related defects.
• Compile and provide monthly report on repair status.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma with 3 years’ relevant experience for Engineering Assistant level.
• Familiar with test system, debug and repair in PCBA environment.
• Soldering and desoldering skill of components up to BGA levels is necessary.
• Ability to read schematic diagram.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to produce consistent repair PCBA output per month.
• Good Knowledge in Analog and Digital Circuits.
• Effective communicator and team player who can work well in cross functional teams.

Job Description:

• To support and provide technical assistant to internal procurement, planning team and Customers
• To support in developing and executing process improvement on Operations
• To support and analyze operation problems and recommend corrective actions
• Work closely with engineer to investifate and recommend solution to production so as to prevent occurence of product non-conformity
• Proactively respond and resolve on ad-hoc engineering related issues
• Drive and ensure effective communication on process change

Job Requirements:

• At least a Nitec/Higher Nitec qualification required
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
• Have good knowledge and experoence in BOM (Bill of Materials) will be of an advantage
• Comfortable in using MS Office and SAP system

Job Description:

• Perform Test and troubleshooting servers using Linux platform
• Competent in using various Test and measuring equipments
• Providing necessary fault information and repair records for work carried out
• Completing jobs in a timely manner to ensure it meets the estimated Turm-around-time (TAT)
• Work to be performed with compliance with quality standards, repair and ESD procedures
• Prepare and maintain documents required for daily operations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree in Electronics industry
• At least 1 year of experience in Repair / Manaufacturing preferred
• Posess a basic understanding of Programming knowledge
• Able to troubleshoot testers/servers preferred
