Co-ordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors and tenants.
Assist your supervisor to plan, monitor and control project schedule and progress.
Supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical upgrading or improvement works.
Monitor machinery and equipment operational performance and condition.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot, repair and handle all maintenance works.
Assist to review and update existing machinery and equipment maintenance record.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years' relevant experience in machine repairing/maintenance/electrical wiring.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Shift work is required. Must also be prepared to be on standby after scheduled working hours.
