Roles and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• A relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, debug, and test-run customized modular machines.
• Handle the commissioning of these machines.
• Provide technical support at customer locations to ensure proper equipment operation.
• Implement design improvements to simplify designs, reduce parts, and use cost-effective alternatives, while maintaining or enhancing product performance.
• Procure or assist in procuring necessary items to perform the above duties effectively.
• Write and maintain all required documentation, including work and assembly instructions, as well as manufacturing and test procedures.

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities (FPSO FEED and Detail Engineering)

• Understand project and contract specifications.
• Define work scopes for topside engineering company.
• Together with topside engineering company to work out FPSO Topside electrical system concepts, schedule of deliverables and plan activities in line with overall project schedule, monitors the progress.
• Review and ensure equipment layout in compliance with requirements of contract, classifications and regulations and coordinate with various disciplines for material handling, constructability and installations, operations and maintenance, and safety etc.
• Review topside electrical documents, such as design philosophies, electrical consumer list, electrical load balance, single line diagrams, room layout and deck arrangement, cable schedules and etc. Make sure the designs are in compliance with requirements of contract, classifications and regulations.
• Review procurement engineering documents issued by topside engineering company, such as technical specifications, equipment data sheets, technical bid evaluation etc.
• Review and comment vendor documents.
• Participates in technical meetings, progress reviews, 3D Model reviews; addresses issues related to electrical design, interface.
• Participate safety studies, such as hazid, hazop and etc.
• Together with topside engineering company to address comments from client, classification and other third parties working on the project.
• Communicate with vendors and other disciplines to ensure that changes are timely captured and implemented in electrical engineering and 3D Model.
• Continue all topside electrical engineering activities after taking over from topside engineering company, including document updating, vendor document review, supporting construction, commissioning etc.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
• Have FPSO/Topside/Marine experience
• With relevant experience as Lead Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineer in E House design and Topsides.

• Reporting to Senior Tunnel Manager
• Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk registers, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel-related documentation.
• Prepare and carry out the presentation of tunneling works prior to the commencement of works.
• Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization, and equipment deployment
• Coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly
• Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of bored tunneling works.
• Supervision work on a TBM machine controlling the tunnel labor in excavation and ring build
• Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records, and other construction work.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
