• To develop and maintain, as appropriate, departmental rules for guiding performance of staff.
• Share responsibility with DOE/CE for the supervision of outside contractors working in the hotel.
• Supervise the established guidelines and systems to ensure the most efficient operation at the most economical cost.
• Conduct daily rounds of the Hotel back of the house and public areas, checking every outlet for deficiencies and raising maintenance requests accordingly.
• Instruct and assist when necessary the Plant Supervisor in the chemical testing of all water systems and advise on the proper remedial action.
• Through other departments, attitude and appearance, promote a high level of interaction with the other departments and a high degrees of guest satisfaction.
• Supervise the out sources contractor carry out all mechanical and electrical equipment, fire protection, kitchen equipment, etc. maintenance program to meet hotel and club operation need.
• To ensure that all employees are fully familiar with and have a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies relating to fire, safety, hygiene and health and that these policies are strictly adhered to.

Job Description:

• Report to the Senior Project Manager/Project Director
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation, and execution of works on-site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the research and development of certain modules under AfterShip Tracking business at the company, as well as team management. Lead the development team to closely collaborate with product, sales, customer success teams, etc., to create high-value, high-quality products together.
• Responsible for business architecture and technical architecture, designing systems that are high-concurrency, highly available, scalable, and maintainable, ensuring continuous stable iterative development of the system.
• Participate in company system process construction, enhance the company's organizational management capabilities, assist in corporate culture development, and establish and build an exciting team.

Who We're Looking For:

• Over 5 years of backend development experience, with more than 3 years of team management experience. Solid computer fundamentals and programming abilities required. Proficiency in Go is preferred, or proficiency in Java, PHP, Node.js.
• Strong organizational and management skills, with experience in building and leading teams of 5 or more people. Good thinking and practical experience in efficient team collaboration, team culture creation, and open-driven organizational culture.
• Strong business thinking, familiarity with the overseas e-commerce environment or SaaS software industry. Able to think from the company's and business perspective to drive growth. Experience in designing medium to large-scale business systems with good business abstraction and modeling abilities.
