• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the building construction is required for this position.
• Preferably with main-con experience on residential projects.
• Preferably can communicate in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities:

• Execute conceptual design for MEP services and coordinate technical proposals with the design team.
• Acquire quotations for the project & award of tendering.
• Participate in site meetings and work with clients and stakeholders to assure M&E work progress.
• Adherence to statutory regulation and contractual commitments.
• Carry out handling the documentations and drawings as well as collaborate with the external QP/PE.
• Perform testing and commissioning of M&E and IT tasks.
• Deliver an exceptional service and foster a strong relationship with the clients.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering.
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience in the Construction/Design Industry.
• Proficient in the Design (Electrical Power & Control Systems)
• Excellent knowledge of the electrical installations in accordance with the government regulations.
