Location: East

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Be well-informed and understand MEP or construction drawings.
• Discuss with PM/HOD for site problems and technical difficulties.
• Monitor sub-contractors / vendors work, conduct quality checks on their work daily and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Track materials to ensure sufficient materials are readily available for installation.
• Inspect incoming materials and equipment deployed to work sites.
• Go for site inspections with client/main contractors representatives and update progress.
• Keep drafter updated on site changes and as-built drawings.
• Arrange and attain permit to work before execution of site.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or other engineering fields.
• Min. 1 year experience in building, construction or engineering industry.
• Electrical engineering background is preferred.
• Possess BCSS certification - Building Construction Supervisor Safety or Supervise Construction Work for WSH is a plus.

1. Position Summary

Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of housekeeping attendance to ensure well-maintain guest room and public area. Next in position to Assistant Housekeeper, candidate has to be able to handle overall housekeeping operation when Assistant Housekeeping is not around.

2. Responsibilities

Operations

• Assign jobs to cleaner, monitor cleanliness, progress and team performance
• Conduct daily inspections of all public areas (restrooms, lobby, hallways, stairways, offices, landscape, function rooms, etc…) in order to ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned to standards
• Must have experience and knowledge of Floor Care to include marble and carpets
• Must be able to plan and schedule for periodic deep cleaning, marble restoration and carpet shampooing incl. guest rooms
• Must be able to plan, schedule and train new housekeeping attendant especially in term of machine handling
• Supervise & coordinate pest control, flowers & plants
• Oversees daily activities of the overnight cleaning
• Stock inventory and order
• Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating procedures
• Interacts with customers when necessary
• Able to handle simple internal correspondence, eg. Lost & found, departmental email reply
• Works weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and long hours during peak season when there is a lot of function
• Assist and provide idea of festive hotel decoration when necessary
• Be able to standby and offer help to room side whenever is needed
• Acts as a role model to other Service Company employees

Guest Service

• Able to communicate and handle minor issue arise from guest

Administration

• Able to prepare morning assignment to housekeeping attendant
• Stock ordering & inventory
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft is require

Accountant

1 Month or shorter notice required

Experience in construction / engineering companies preferred

Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.30PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Bonus: AWS + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Review of Account Executives daily finance activities, including checking of posted entries in MYOB, matching Payment Voucher information to approved Staff Claim supporting receipts, Suppliers Invoices and Delivery Order/Service report.
• Review of Sales Invoices raised by Executives with supporting documents before authorising the Sales Invoice. Checking to MYOB to ensure accuracy of sales entries posted in MYOB by the Account Executives.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel for monthly stock-take exercise and reconcile any stock differences.
• Quantify monthly provision of expenses and revenue accrual
• Review monthly Balance Sheet, Income statement and other closing schedules
• Prepare Group consolidation and review its financial performance and reconciliation & journal entries prepared by Junior Staff.
• Prepare quarterly GST report and any reconciliation schedules
• Liaise with Auditors for the annual audit exercise
• To provide guidance for any Finance-related issues
• To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
• Propose any improvement to FM/FC to boost the efficiency of the Finance work processes

Qualifications & Skills Requirement:

• Meticulous;
• Proficiency in IT application;
• Possess a “Hands-on” attitude and patience for providing guidance to junior staff
• Good in multi-tasking, organising and prioritising
• Proactive and innovative
