Job Description
- Design and manage Cloud infrastructure solutions utilizing leading-edge technologies and frameworks
- Maintain Cloud servers and applications including security configurations, patching, service requests and troubleshooting
- Manage disaster recovery and create backup policies.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and high availability
- Conduct technical reviews and audits of cloud infrastructure
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend changes to maintain competitive advantage
- Provide Database Administration support for SQL (MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure etc.)
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Docker
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Experience with network infrastructure and SQL database administration
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python to automate tasks
- Understanding of cloud computing deployment models
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex systems
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert will be a plus
