As a Section Head for Instrumentation & Control team at TSDP, your job role will include, but is not limited to the following :

What the role is

Infrastructure Planning and Design Department 1 (IPDD1) plans for and carries out the detailed engineering design and development of infrastructure projects for the collection of general waste and disposal/use of waste treatment residues, and the remediation and redevelopment of closed landfills.

You will be part of the Waste Residues Treatment Branch of IPDD1, in charge of planning, managing and implementing infrastructure projects to treat waste residues and will also be involved in other projects handled by the Department. What the role is

The Infrastructure Planning & Design Department1(IPDD1) under the Waste Infrastructure & Engineering Division (WIED) plans and carries out the engineering design and development of infrastructures for collection of general waste and disposal of waste treatment residues, and redevelopment of closed landfills. You will be part of the landfill development branch (LDB) in charge of implementing infrastructural development for landfill related facilities. You will be required to work closely with various stakeholders in the government & private sectors.

What you will be working on

The Engineer/ Executive Engineer/ Senior Engineer will be part of the project team to lead a team of engineering executives and specialists to ensure safe and optimal development of development projects. The key responsibilities in this post include conducting engineering feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, planning, design/financial review and formulate programme/action plans. He/she will be responsible to call tenders and administer contracts that are undertaken by the team.
