Responsible for ensuring smooth business operation including end-user computing device performance monitoring
Responsible for performing installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
Responsible for performing IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh, preventive maintenance (Eg. Laptops / Printers ) and software license monitoring
Responsible for the procurement of IT equipment, software and related products including administering procurement processes and supporting in requirements scoping and evaluation
Perform stock take, asset management & update asset records for end user computing
In Charge of managing IT vendors (service quality, feedback, improvements) and service contracts
Provide assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies
Any other IT duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Min 3 years of experience in providing Level 2 of IT support to end-user
