Responsibilities:

• Min 2 years’ experience in maintenance and management of day-to-day operation of PABX, telephony systems, voice servers, gateways, phones, multi-media interactions system

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project management, as well as knowledge of fixed/mobile communications platform technology. Certification in CITPM, PMP or equivalent certification as a requirement.
• Experiences in managing and coordinating multiple vendors ensuring KPI(s) are met.
• Knowledge in transmission and IP transport technologies, including DWDM, carrier ethernet, TCP/IP and Software Defined WAN. Certification in CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification as a requirement.
