Experience & Qualification :
a) At least a diploma from a recognized university preferably with mechanical background
b) At least 3 years experience working in similar environment as Department head or manager ;
c) Familiar in plastic Injection , secondary process (Print, Spray , etching ) ,sub assembly ,back end & box build .
d) Basic tooling knowledge may be necessary
Job scope :
a) Main priority :
To lead, manage and be responsible to a team of engineers to achieve project completion in a given timeline by customer
To be an effective communication bridge between customer and your team
b) Secondary priority :
To study & improve machine efficiency & line/process productivity
c) Other related duties as assigned by general manger
Skills required :
i) Able to prepare a clear, concise report to customer such that no unnecessary delay to project completion
ii) Possess good interpersonal skill in order to communicate effectively with customers on potential technical issues faced during mass production stage
iii) Ability to use all problem-solving tools effectively to analyse issues at hand & solve it.
iv) Excellent Computer skill ( excel , powerpoint presentation )
