- Identify scope of work & supply from customers requisition specifications for proposal making and cost estimating
- Identify 3rd party buyout equipment, solution and integrate with various department to offer a complete integrated solution
- Prepare proposals to satisfy and meet customers’ requirements at lowest possible cost
- Reply customers’ clarification / inquiry promptly and correctly
- Work closely with salespersons to provide design concept and technical / commercial support
- Conduct survey/investigation of Plants / Sites to identify Scope of Works for Project pursuit
- Update of monthly proposal records and ensure compliance of department documentation / processes with YEA QA policies & certifications requirement
- To lead and work with Sales Engineering team members, GPC, PDD and FIN in proposal activities
- Support other ad-hoc sales related activities and projects regionally
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of project engineering and/or sales engineering background is preferred
- Relevant experience in ICSS systems such as DCS, FGS, ESD, BMS
- Added advantage on 3rd party systems, telecom systems
- Travelling required to customer offices/sites and LCOs
- Fundamental understanding of solution packages, IT, OT, and project execution process
- Coordinating with various department, different levels, and regional country offices
- Experience in other industries and 3rd party systems is an added advantage
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Able to generate, coordinate and lead team in proposal making
