• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Implement and manage Nginx configurations for load balancing, reverse proxy, and other web server-related tasks.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum7 years experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in Singapore public sector or Financial Institution is a plus
• Hands-on experience of AWS services and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Expertise in containerization technologies, especially RedHat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines.
• Familiarity with Nginx for web server configurations and optimizations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• AWS or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of AppDynamics solutions, translating solution architecture into actionable technical plans.
• Collaborate with the customer’s technical teams and stakeholders, understanding their environment and aligning deliverables with business objectives.
• Work with AppDynamics R&D and Customer Support to address product feedback engagement-specific support issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements, set expectations, and propose relevant technical solutions.
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• AppDynamics Certified Associate Administrator (ACAA)
• AppDynamics Certified Associate Performance Analyst (ACAPA)
• AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional (ACIP)
• Preferred: ITIL, TOGAF certifications
• Hands-on programming experience
