The successful candidate will join the finance department in Engineering division in SIA.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely payment of Engineering Division account payables, receivables, fixed costs forecasting, budgeting & control
- Passenger and Freighter Aircraft Variable Costs Forecasting and Budgeting, and Capital Expenditure Forecasting, Budgeting & Control
- Asset Accounting (Spares, Capitalised Maintenance costs)
- Perform month end closing, prepare monthly schedules, timely and accurate accrual of expenses for the purpose of monthly reporting.
- Freight Invoice Verification and monitoring and clearance of suspense accounts
- Withholding Tax Reporting and Interested Party Transaction (IPT) Coordinator
- Scribe of Finance Meetings
- System enhancement/ implementation
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Commerce or Business Administration.
- Meticulous.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Effective communications and problem solving skills.
- Project management skills.
- Must be a team player.
