Qualifications and Requirements :

Mandatory:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties: Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis ,Science (Computer Studies)
• At least 12+ years of experience in Information Technology arena with demonstrated experience around strategic planning, enterprise architecture preferably in banking & financial services, risk management and software engineering.
• Experienced in leading technical design from inception to proof of concept
• Good knowledge of strategic IT solutions and hands-on experience in software development.
• A strong understanding of latest programming languages including Python, Java, Rust and Go
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with strong fundamentals in complexity analysis
• Experience in platform and/or product definition, operating model and change management
• Strong ability to analyze code – understand execution flow & debug even
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, MLOps and tooling

Good to Have

• Understanding of trade life cycle, financial products (Treasury, FX, Bonds, Credit, IRD…)
• Exposure to Capital Market FO/BO system
• Understanding the complexity of internal relationships within a large corporate, you are comfortable at proactively engaging key stakeholders, managing individual concerns in order to propose achievable and comprehensive “high level plans”.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Scheduling: Prepare, optimize, and maintain the master schedule for planned maintenance within the department, ensuring effective workflow.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and update preventive maintenance work plans, including creating and refining work procedures, risk assessments, bills of materials, method statements, start-up checklists, isolation lists, and work schedules.
• Data Management: Compile and maintain a comprehensive master list of plant equipment data.
• Defect Tracking: Review and track work orders to identify and address repetitive equipment defects.
• Inventory Control: Manage departmental inventory levels to prevent overstocking and avoid out-of-stock occurrences.
• Schedule Planning & Reporting: Plan and monitor scheduled maintenance, ensuring timelines are adhered to, and prepare progress reports on maintenance schedules.
• Procurement Assistance: Support the department in purchasing and contracting needs related to maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Turnaround/Maintenance or Project work; or
• 5-10 years in Maintenance/Turnaround within Power Plants, Refineries, or Petrochemical Plants.

Technical Skills:

• Competency in organizing and preparing work scopes and method statements.
• Ability to interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
