Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Network engineer and technology audit reviewer.

2. Responsible to managing suite of network systems that provide application availability, security, visibility and acceleration.

3. Provide L3 expertise for incident and problem management, security incident responses. troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

4. Provide and develop network strategies that adheres to hygiene and compliance requirements for unit portfolio.

5. Responsible for the developing design and solutions for network architecture and application delivery with Business Units.

6. Review of network architecture and designs for compliance.

7. Responsible to work with the network and firewall teams to ensure architecture and network compliance.

8. Responsible for vulnerability review, assessment and planning and execution of patching or firmware upgrades

9. Responsible for change implementation review, assessment and perform change on network devices and systems during Bank's Green zone time

10. Responsible to conduct post implementation review on areas of improvement and tuning.

11. Performance monitoring and capacity management.

12. Perform Security Health Check

13. Attend to audit and compliance reviews.

14. Maintain currency of the network and firewall systems baseline and hardening documents

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, IT or related field of study

2. Minimum 8 years of relevant technology experience

3. General understanding of overall banking business

4. Certifications such as Infoblox, F5, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, Cloud Technology or equivalent level is an advantage.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, team player

6. Ability to establish effective relationship with line management.

Requirements:

• CCNA/CCNP/MCSE certified
• At least 5 years of experience in SI environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture across multiple countries.
• Adopting a regional optimization perspective for the design and management of business applications.

Work Location: Bugis/ Little India

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

a) Test and commissioning of network equipment for production environment

b) Design, configure and review the network configurations with the contractors;

c) Perform the full DR swing to test on the system and network when triggered;

d) Configure and manage the firewall, routers, switches and wireless access point;

e) Design and segregate the voice and data Vlans which integrate to the backend system;

f) Configure the network monitoring system and able to be monitored with statistical data and provide alerts when the equipment is down;

g) Set up and integrate the network from the from front end devices to communicate to the backend system such as Payment System and other systems if any;

h) Support and troubleshoot on the network issues during implementation and daily operation;

i) Provide and configure network security hardening for all network equipment based on security requirement;

j) Track and resolve network related incidents and requests within Service Level Agreement (SLA);

k) Prepare documentation on the Network Architecture Design; and

l) Maintain the IP address listing for production and non-production environment.

Requirement

(a) Recognized degree or diploma in Information Technology or Engineering with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in system & network administration;

(b) Good written and verbal communication skills;

(c) Able to work well both independently and in a team;

(d) Possess a strong interest and self-motivation to install, configure and maintain system/network services, equipment and devices, provide system/ network support and request, investigate, troubleshoot issues and provide resolution, i.e. including managing user accounts and access;

(e) Competent and having a sound knowledge (Configure and troubleshoot) of various network protocols and topologies, including a broad knowledge of WLAN, switches, routers, servers, IPS/IDS and firewalls;

(f) Able to perform network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, network resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, and related administration tasks;

(g) Able to administer anti-virus, anti-spam and network security system, i.e. Firewalls, TDA and NAC;

(h) Experience with implementing the network devices hardening requirements;

(i) Relevant experience in monitoring and reviewing performance of network and ability to perform capacity planning;

(j) Good communication skills; and

(k) Ability to work with minimal supervision under tight schedules.

a) Work with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and maintain the IT security health of the Automatic Fare Collection system;

b) Participate in the analysis and resolution of IT security issues and incidents related to the Automatic Fare Collection system;

c) Participate in Automatic Fare Collection system projects and provide inputs on new security technologies as well as to assist in the review of technical implementations and processes in ensuring that proper IT security controls are in place; and

d) Assist to develop new and update existing IT security policies, standards and guidelines for the Automatic Fare Collection system.

Requirement

a) Recognised degree in IT or Computer Engineering with at least 3 years relevant experience in IT security;

b) Good knowledge of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) and other security best practices for payment card applications;

c) Possess good knowledge and professional experience in one or more of the following domains:

1. System Security

i. Host and Endpoint security

ii. Identity and Access management

iii. Database security

iv. Network security

v. Virtualization security

vi. Application security

vii. Threat analysis

viii. Vulnerability assessment and security testing for operating systems (Windows and Unix), network (wired and wireless) and applications (web-based and others)
