JOB SUMMARY:

Candidate will be stationed at NTC Client’s premise and provide support for client’s IT administration and related support for users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues (hardware/software/network) on their notebooks/desktops and related peripherals.
2. Resolve issues that occur outside work hours whenever needed.
3. Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager or Management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• ITE/Diploma in Information Technology from recognized institutes.
• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role for about 2 years and above
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in troubleshooting and deploying Windows 10
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in troubleshooting desktop, printer, scanner, RF scanner, label printer, and laptop issues
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in troubleshooting user and support of MSOffice products
• Basic support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless and VPN connectivity
• Basic Support and Troubleshooting of other desktop software used by the office

Laboratory Engineer/Technician
Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon-Fri: 9am to 5.45pm

Salary: $2500-$2600

Job Responsibilities

• Preferred some working experience in chemical process industry or electro-plating experience.
• Plating site support to all technical related projects/ evaluation/ development and able to apply failure analysis methodology
• To initiate current process improvement with value engineering & support process technology transfer to other plating sites.
• Project/ support roles to support new process/ equipment sites installation & process optimization with hands-on equipment set-up approach.
• ​​​​​​​Conduct plating chemical testing and perform product functional testing and measurement.
• Assist department to set-up new process and perform process characterization study.
• Ability to do and apply basic chemical analysis in lab environment.
• ​​​​​​​Install, setup and maintain plating process chemistry on prototype equipment in laboratory.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology.
• Preferred some working experience in chemical process industry or electro-plating experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office application.
• Experience in etching/plating process with high technical competency in chemistry and plating related field will be added advantage.
