Job Responsibilities:
Perform the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS, CRAC systems, and other critical infrastructure.
Class 3 license is an advantage for driving between multiple locations and responding to urgent needs.
Lead and guide a team of technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Respond to emergency requests, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity.
Liaise with contractors for rectification and ad-hoc works.
Track and report on maintenance work, follow up on actions, and maintain checklists and schedules.
Advise and lead technical investigations for rectification works.
Be available to perform standby duty 24x7 to respond to urgent service needs.
Review Risk Assessment (RA) and Method of Statement (MOS) for related jobs to ensure safe execution.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical principle with 2 years of hands on experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Centre operations with demonstrated record or experience in CRAC and UPS troubleshooting and repair works.
Great working attitude and a good team player.
Willing to do OT whenever necessary.
