Job Description:
- Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
- Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order
- Responsible in ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company’s and authorities’ requirements
- Review M&E drawings and other materials submission prepare by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
- To prepare report for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
- To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
- Raise RFI/CVI with Consultants and Clients
- Advise PM on monthly work progress of sub-contractors
- Supervise M&E supervisor on all aspects of M&E works
- Compute variation orders for QS to settle with client/consultant
- Organize M&E items to be handed over to clients and compile items for submission to authorities.
- In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior.
- Other ad-hoc assinged by the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Min. of 3- 5 years relevant experience in the Construction Industry
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
