Job responsibilities（工作职责）：

(1) Review project specifications and technical clarifications.

Requirements:

• Possess M&E Coordination Certificate or CoreTrade Supervisor for M&E

· Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation for all related M & E works

· Coordinate with Client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on all technical matters and provide all M & E related resolutions with documentation, where required

Purchasing

· Source, order and manage inventory of Department's supplies

· Responsible for ad-hoc service arrangements with vendors /sub-contractors

Day-to-Day Duties

· Record and file all Service Orders (SO) into Company's system

· Upload and save all photos into Company's system

· Monitor contract's expiry. 2 months before expiry, send renewal proposal to Client. Follow up with client on renewal proposal.

· Liaise with Client on all scheduled works
