Primary Function:

• Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods to create plant equipment preventive maintenance procedures

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant equipment, wet process and dryer, dry blending and packaging, Clean In Place (CIP) systems, warehouse in compliance with site safety and GMP procedures to ensure good uptime and good MTBF
• Support the equipment qualification and validation such as walkdown, punch list commissioning, IQ/QQ/PQ for any new projects
• Execution of work order and record job performance via MAXIMO system
• Writing job aids and maintenance SOP, CCA and ER investigation reports
• Manage and lead contractor, vendor and service providers to perform maintenance or project works
• Maintenance budge for area of responsibilities
• Lead and take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects
• May act as a delgelate to the Engineering Manager when required
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Aerospace) or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant mechanical/maintenance experience in manufacturing plant, preferably within GMP manufacturing environment or chemical manufacturing.
