1. Perform preventive maintenance and repair services to all US Navy and Air Force Vehicle and Equipment under BOS contract in accordance with USN P-300 & USAF TCTO’s.

• Position Title: Mechanic (Crane/ Hooklift)
• Working Location: Penjuru Close
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (8 am – 5 pm), Sat (8 am – 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, emergency and preventative maintenance of crane truck.
• Troubleshoot crane problems to include brake, electrical and hydraulic systems, detect imperfections, potential problems, safety issues and/or malfunctions.
• Reassemble cranes and make all necessary adjustments for effective and safe operation.
• Interpret manufacturer's technical manuals to perform the necessary maintenance and repairs needed.
• Replace broken or defective parts from stock parts and/or order replacement parts for major repairs.
• Maintain an organized and neat work area.
• Cleaning of equipment and other areas as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and QC checks with the aid of diagnostic and inspection equipment.
• Perform major overhaul work or service of vehicle components.
• Installation of accessories and fixtures as per specifications.
• Perform electrical system and components diagnosis repair replacement.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and pre-delivery services according to the factory’s requirements.
• Provide full support to supervisor/management to ensure effective workshop operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NTC 2 / Nitec 2 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the Automotive industry.
• Possess a valid Class 2B driving license.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Team player with good discipline and a positive attitude.
