Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Managers in the execution of projects as part of the project team

• System Management: Oversee and maintain installed systems (MSAN, ONU MD, IPMD, IAD)
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams to test and implement solutions, ensuring optimal performance for MSAN replacement, Copper recovery & ONU MD migration. Coordinate with building management for site access.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Work with operation, product manager and system vendor to provide support to resolve system issues promptly.
• Technical Guidance: Evaluate current systems and provide technical advice and support to users.
• System Automation: Plan and execute system automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Process Optimization: Apply optimization methodologies and risk management tools to ensure project completion aligns with stakeholder needs.

Requirements
