As a Splunk Solutions Engineer (SE), you’ll be the primary technical resource for the assigned Enterprise accounts specifically covering the Regional market. Our clients and partners span all business sectors and sizes.

You will be responsible for actively driving and running the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for our products and services.

Splunk Solutions Engineer will answer technical inquiries from customers regarding Splunk technology, features, solutions, applications as well as eloquent Splunk technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You will identify all technical issues of your assigned accounts to assure complete customer happiness through all stages of the technical sales cycle, and you should also establish and maintain positive relationships with our customer's technical staff.

· Demonstrate Splunk products and services to customers on site, remotely via webinar sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows

· Willing to travel to visit partners, prospects and customers, and to engage in onsite customer and partner work when required

· Experience responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs is also relevant.

· High-reaching with a proven record in technical software/hardware sales and knowledge of technology

· Strong presentation skills and able to communicate clearly and expertly

· Ability to be organized and analytical, and eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches

· You should be comfortable working for a multifaceted technical organization with a fast-growing partner and customer base

Requirements: I’ve already done that or have that!

· At least 5 years of proven experience in selling and supporting software products to IT organizations

· Experience in delivering sales and technical enablement workshop or webinar to customers

· Proficient in either IT, Security or Dev Ops solutions.

· Experience and familiarity with IT management products and services.

· Experience with networking, server, application and development technologies

· Domain expertise with IT Operations, Application Management and/or security/compliance is desirable.

IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting.
• Manage computer networks and related computing environments on systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.
• Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
• Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
• Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
• Setting up all the IT requirements which includes PC, Copier Machines, required software and the applications pertaining to the respective department.
• Email configuration – creating email IDs for the new staffs, taking backup of the outlook files, adding additional email accounts in accordance to internal procedure.
• Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server, VM server and windows SQL cluster fail over services
• Carry out and deliver change request from operation team to enhance system security and data process tracking system.
• Conduct training related to operation system application, shop floor management system and internal IT Management policy.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Possessed at least 2 years of experience in IT hardware maintenance service on server, network and storage preventive.
• Experienced in operation systems and good troubleshooting skills.
• Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage.

• Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc support for IT infrastructure and user desktop applications.
• Troubleshoot, monitor & report on critical problems to the client, Team Lead or Service Delivery Manager until they are resolved.
