Role Descriptions:

• Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store

• Exhibit animal husbandry knowledge to address customers' requirements regarding the care and well-being of live animals.

• Maintain and convey detailed and specialized Pet Care Product knowledge to address customers’ requirements.

• Assist and advise customers on their concerns pertaining to pet care and recommend solutions such as proper usage of drugs, health supplement and pet care supplies based on indications and needs

• Execute selling strategies to complete sales of products and services to the satisfaction of customers.

• Manage customer loyalty and retention programs to foster long-term relationships with customers

• Manage receipt and storage of merchandise, and monitor stocktaking policies and procedures for continual improvements

• Manage policies and practices regarding the care and maintenance of animal habitats in compliance to AVS guidelines

• Support and assist in ad-hoc / periodic stock-take and/or stock-count exercise when required

• Ensure the well-being of pets at retail store and be a technical mentor specialist to other team members to improve knowledge on animal husbandry to address customers' requirements

• Adhere to all the retail SOP, company’s policies, processes and procedures

• Monitor and manage after-sales service, customer exchanges, returns and refund with respective departments or suppliers

• Receive and check stocks including live animals with proper documentation

• Feedback to Area Supervisor on customer needs or operations matters

Role Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Vet or Nutrition related.

• Good customer service, communication and presentation skills

• Able to commit to retail hours.

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Web Ecosystem Consulting team works with Partners, Product, and Engineering teams to improve the quality and foster the creation of web experiences, make the web a compelling platform for end users, and ensure the web remains a commercially viable ecosystem. We aim to do this by working across partners and strategic creators on a one-on-one basis, consulting on product integrations of both Google and third-party site dependencies or services, in order to scale learnings across Platforms, Frameworks, and Content Management Systems with broader reach. Cross-functionally, we work with many teams such as Web Platform, Chrome, Search Ecosystems, and Global Product Partnerships on priority initiatives such as Web Privacy, Core Web Vitals, Modern Web Formats, Advanced Apps, and other topics.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help prepare the web and ad-tech ecosystems for major changes in Chrome, to improve privacy on the web and the planned third-party cookie deprecation.
• Drive early testing and adoption of Privacy Sandbox APIs while collecting, synthesizing, and sharing early partner feedback with Chrome product and engineering teams.
• Provide end-to-end technical and consultative support to strategic organizations to help them prepare, implement, test, and migrate to new Privacy Sandbox APIs while satisfying their business needs.
• Understand and represent the various interests and needs of a diverse set of partners, platforms, and ad-tech verticals (e.g., News, Commerce, CMS, CDNs).
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
• Experience working with and managing external partners or customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge or experience with industry advertising solutions, targeting, re-marketing, measurement and reporting, or experience working with the ad tech ecosystem.
• Excellent technical writing skills and experience writing detailed technical documentation.
• Knowledge of the major tools, technologies (front and back-end), and challenges facing web developers.
• Ability to distill disparate observations into structured insights/feedback and trend reports.
