Summary of role: You will be involved the various project lifecycle of the Protection System which includes, supporting, testing, and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Protection System Projects/Services;
• Participate in testing and commissioning activities at site
• Perform wiring check in workshop and at site;
• Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring smooth project execution;
• Ensure project documentation are maintain and updated timely.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/University;
• Proven track record in Project Management is an advantaged;
• Experience in SPPG substation for switchgear project (22Kv, 66KV, 230kv and 400KV) is an advantaged;
• Experience in site testing and commissioning;
• Willingness to travel for overseas assignments as required;
• A good team player with strong collaboration and stakeholders’ management skills;
• Excellent organizing skills, spoken and written communication skills.

Job Description:

Automation Systems - Apply innovative ideas to drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level.

Team need to cover AMP form development, Automation, Monitoring and Reports.

Skillsets required are -

a) Azure Cloud - Person must know Virtual Machines, Service Principals & Log Analytics very well.

b) Person must know KQL at advance level.

c) Person must or can do service management related work such as logging and monitoring.

d) Person must know service now integration as well.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define specifications and scope of work for contractors involved in automation projects.
• Perform startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automated machines.
• Responsible for creating Single Line Drawings and Control Schematic drawings, as well as programming PLC/HMI systems.
• Ensure projects are executed promptly and within specified timelines.
• Prepare and provide support to installation teams during project implementation.
• Willingness to travel and work on overseas projects as required.

Requirements:

• Hold an ITE or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in automation.
• Proficient in programming Siemens PLC and WinCC systems.
• Knowledgeable in the design of control panels.
• Familiarity with control schematics, motor controls, and materials take-off processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of handling multiple challenging tasks while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
• Able to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

You will be working closely with Electrical and Software Engineers to define the requirements for the creation of business solutions. You will be responsible for mechanical component selection, tolerance analysis, motion system design, component evaluation, overall system integration, and finally release to manufacturing. Completing the mechanical analysis of the characterization/validation and reviewing and communicating the data/results/risks/recommendations in technical reviews. Having experience in the semiconductor industry and thermal array mechanical solution would be an advantage.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines with minimum 2 years’ experience in equipment design for Semiconductor/Automation/Solar/Consumer Electronics.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical concepts and problem-solving skills, including knowledge in stack tolerance, Finite Element Analysis.
• Proficiency with solid modeling is a MUST, preference is Solidworks.
