As a bridge between the company's low-code PaaS, SaaS, and video conferencing products and customer needs, this role involves analyzing client pain points, designing tailored solutions, and driving their implementation. The role collaborates across departments to deliver value to customers and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to engage in pre-sales communication, understand client needs, and provide forward-looking recommendations based on industry trends and product features.
• Design competitive and practical software solutions, including low-code application architecture, SaaS module configurations, and video conferencing integrations, supported by detailed implementation plans.
• Lead cross-departmental discussions to ensure technical feasibility and refine solution designs based on feedback.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, prepare comprehensive technical documentation, and support market promotion efforts through industry events and client presentations.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation, address project adjustments, and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Communicate market trends and client feedback to R&D for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in software solution design, with expertise in low-code PaaS, SaaS, or related fields.
• Proficiency in low-code architecture, SaaS features, and multi-tenant principles.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver customized solutions for diverse industries.

• Develop technical specification and schematic drawings for the OT systems integrated into the shipboard network as part of the organization’s digitalization project roadmap
• Coordinate IT and OT project activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
• Provide onboard and remote support maintenance for the OT systems and network architecture onboard
• Analyse IT/OT design and implementation issues that affect delivery of project deliverables and to propose/implement short-term and long-term solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation (e.g. IT / OT Inventory Asset Register) for IT and OT systems, including network drawing, user manuals, and operating procedures.
• Provide support to the implementation of IT/OT Governance Procedures through the participation of:
• vessel New Buildings’ plan approval process for OT systems and network architecture design
• evaluation and risk assessment process of new OT systems introduced in the shipboard network
• System Integration Test (SIT) / User Acceptance Test (UAT) of Vessel’s OT systems
• review process of VLAN and firewall configuration with the vendors and makers
• Provide support to the implementation of Cyber Security projects across vessels with the aim to align with the corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in maritime IT, in one or more of the following domains (e.g. shipboard IT and OT systems – engine automation, navigation, trim/fuel/route optimization, cybersecurity, incident handling, investigation)
• Good level of knowledge and hands-on experience in network designs and troubleshooting for vessels
• Occasional ship-boarding for site surveys and onsite system troubleshooting will be required.
• Tertiary qualification in IT networking qualification and Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional accreditation such as CCNP, NSE 6.0 and above will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in cyber security best practices is highly preferred.

As a Principal Engineer in our Factory Integration team, you will be involve in driving projects for IT production systems for the Backend production sites. You should have experience in designing IT solutions in semiconductor assembly and test and provide technical consultation in IT applications.

In your new role you will:

• Understand business goals, strategy & planning in the area of Enterprise-to-Manufacturing (vertical) and Supply Chain (horizontal) integration, and support building & integrating information systems to meet the company’s business needs
• Drive towards an optimized FI ADI E2M solution portfolio via standardization and usage of target solutions with the goal to limit / eliminate redundancies in close collaboration with other FI architects and FI / IT experts pursuing the goal of a highly resilient, scalable and flexible solution architecture which is fully compliant with Factory Integration’s technical principles
• Provide supervision, guidance and support to development teams
• Continually research current and emerging technologies, and propose/drive changes where needed
• Support FI ADI E2M demand and project approval and execution by assessing and rating architectural compliance, consulting, and driving E2M solutions towards high(est) technical fitness and low/no technical debt
• Contribute to corporate FI projects (oneSAP, Cypress PMI, GPN improvement) with focus on Enterprise-toManufacturing (vertical) integration and Supply Chain (horizontal) integration

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in software architecture management, requirement engineering, solution design, and semiconductor manufacturing process control is preferred
• Proven experience in leading teams and identifiying suitable technical experts in order to achieve assigned jobs
• Experience in semiconductor or electronic manufacturing industry is preferred
• A medium to high level of analytical thinking, with the ability to analyze complex problems by actively involving the support of an expert network and covering own area of responsibility
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with cross functional global teams and senior stakeholders

Job Objective:

• Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service audio visual and video conferencing solutions in accordance to company’s standards and best practices to meet customer’s requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
• Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
• Work closely with in house AV Designers and Engineers from different manufactures like Samsung, BOSE, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience centre, command centre, auditorium, ballroom, etc
• Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution
• Assist in after sales services

• Experience in Crestron, Extron, AMX, Kramer automation programming will be an added advantage
