Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical point of contact for new product development and implement improved processes.
• Perform hands-on testing, process development, and troubleshoot issues using scientific moulding principles to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and document moulding processes, including technical documentation like FMEA, validation protocols, and engineering reports.
• Trial, evaluate, and modify new tooling and equipment to meet quality and production standards.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams, internal teams, and vendors to align designs with manufacturing processes and business objectives.
• Participate in improvement activities, provide cost inputs for quotations, and support development efforts, including travel for onsite testing and knowledge transfer.
