Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a full-stack engineering team and guide the development of features and infrastructure across both web and mobile.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap.

What are we looking for? We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join the Platform Integrations team to expand and maintain direct integrations with payments systems and partners all over the world.

What is the Platform Integrations team? The Platform Integrations team sits within our Platform tribe, which designs, builds and operates the foundational direct integration infrastructure that power the product that moves billions of dollars every month. 

In Wise, our Platform Engineering Lead position is responsible for leading a specific domain from roadmap through to operation, as well as the people side of the team.
