• Operate the command-and-control software in a Unix environment to meet mission objectives for the satellite constellation during all phases of operations, including launch, commissioning, production, and re-entry (including off-hours and weekend support).
• Recognize anomalous conditions on the satellite and ground station network and support other engineering teams by contributing to recovery efforts and maintaining thorough documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs of satellite operations activities and update the knowledgebase with subsystem status changes as appropriate.
• Build and edit tools to automate manual processes in satellite operations.
• Develop automated commanding scripts in Python for new activities to be carried out on a spacecraft.
• Support the on-ground testing campaign through the documentation/execution/analysis/debug phases.
• Validate on-orbit performance of the payload by analyzing observation data and satellite telemetry.
• Act as liaison between the engineering and operations team to roll out new features and troubleshoot on-orbit issues.

• Contribute to the cloud enablement, development, documentation, delivery, and support of AWS IaaS and PaaS services using Azure DevOps repository / pipelines, Terraform and other scripting languages, including Golang, Python, JSON, Bash Script, or YAML.
• Understand the services consumed by the application and write terraform configurations to provision the necessary resources – especially compute (both ec2 and eks types), networking, database, and observability.
• Assist to debug and analyse cloud infrastructure deployment issues, or application failures and provide necessary solution to progress from dead lock situations

Skills/Requirement

• 5+ Years of experience in AWS IaaS and PaaS services
• Must have hands on experience in AWS IaaS and PaaS service onboarding using Terraform, Azure DevOps repo / pipelines, and one or more scripting languages, such as Golang, Python, JSON, Bash Script, or YAML.
• AWS/Azure/Terraform Associate and Professional level certifications would be advantageous.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) qualification would be advantageous.
