We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful execution and management of our mechanical and electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and review of mechanical and electrical project documentation, including specifications and drawings.
- Help track project progress, ensuring that M&E work is completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and manage the delivery of materials.
- Review and verify M&E costs, assisting in budget monitoring and management.
- Maintain records of project changes, issues, and resolutions.
- Support site inspections to ensure M&E installations meet project specifications and standards.
- Provide administrative support and generate reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and construction practices.
- Some experience in a similar role or relevant internship is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
