· Conduct Tool Box meeting fortnightly & submit to EMS monthly for retention

· Agreed Damages cases for lift breakdown rates and lifts with more than 2/3 breakdowns per month

· ARD Failure Percentage and ARD Inoperative (ARDI cases)

· Plan of Budget and Expenditure

· Attend lift incident case during and after office hours & submit report

· No adverse complaint from TC on technical support to TC on lift matters

As an assistant engineer, you will provide essential administrative and technical support for various projects and to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotations, technical data, calculations and tenders.
• Tabulate accurate project calculations and drawings (E.g. heat load/ schematic diagram/ green mark submission)
• Coordinate and process documents
• Assist customer inquiries and follow up on aftersales activities (E.g. service requests, warranty, equipment issues, etc.)
• Support projects and sales team and attend to other technical and administrative tasks/ functions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, able to work independently and collaborate in team setting
• Basic computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft Office Excel

• Certificate of Competency in Lift Maintenance for Senior Lift Specialist will be advantage (to pass within 6 months upon joining if you do not possess a CoC cert)
