8. Verify and ensure work records done by the team are updated factually, accurately and timely on Work Records Form and on the Maintenance Management System

9. Report immediately any abnormalities or practices observed that are not in accordance to Work Instructions, Quality, Maintenance, Operational and Safety Procedures.

10. Adopt KAIZEN methodology (5M, 5S & 5W) to eliminate 8 Wastes and improve Productivity and Value of work performed.

11. Provide support to staff, contractors or any other personnel who are required to perform work on depot and all rolling stocks.

12. To support the group during incidents, accidents and emergencies.

13. Ensure excellent housekeeping are maintained within all work areas.

14. Maintain a high level of work discipline and standards.

15. Perform any other task as assigned.

Operation (Maintenance)

Responsibilities:

§ Prepare technical construction drawings based on project specifications using AutoCAD

§ Carry out installation of Servers, Workstations, Network equipment

§ Perform Functional and Integration Testing

§ Perform site testing & commissioning

Requirements:

§ NITEC or Higher NITEC, Diploma in Engineering from ITE or a recognised Polytechnic

§ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD

§ Able to work independently with the directions from Engineer / Project leads

§ Will be involved in projects dealing with database creation and configuration of SCADA systems

Job Duties:

• Perform configuration of smart water meters and converters and prepare the necessary documents for completing the order.
• To perform actual product assemblies and the product assembly in our integrated accounting and inventory management system, and send a request for the actual product assembly to the workshop. Lastly, perform quality control testing and inspection of the actual assembly before approving it to be packed for delivery.
• To perform necessary steps to ensure traceability of specific products.
• Assist in overseeing and performing installation, servicing, repair or maintenance of our products on-site and off-site.
• Participate in site meetings and activities whenever required by the Engineering and Technical Team.
• Responsible for the provision of technical reports for services provided by company
• To support the engineer in working with the Business Development and Sales Team for projects and tenders in understanding, interpreting and preparing tender and relevant documents (i.e., tender specifications and drawings).
• Create product drawings (i.e., isometric, orthographic, dimensioning, sectioning, assembly, cross-sectional views… etc.) when required.

Job Requirements:

• With Diploma in engineering is preferred.
• Being proficient in any engineering software (e.g. Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.) is an advantage.
