Objectives of this position:

The objective of the position is to manage the extract/transform/load processes ensuring the data availability.

Responsibilities:

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

•Design, create, modify extract/transform/load (ETL) pipelines in Azure Data Fac-tory ensuring efficient data flow from source to destination.

•Ensure data accuracy and data integrity throughout the ETL processes via data validation, cleansing, deduplication, and error handling to ensure reliable and us-able data being ingested.

•Monitor the ETL processes and optimize ETL pipelines for speed and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring the ETL system can handle the volume, ve-locity, and variety of data.

•Participate in data modeling, designing of the data structures and schema in the data warehouse to optimize query performance and align with business needs.

•Work closely with different departments and IT team to under-stand data requirements and deliver the data infrastructure that supports business goals.

•Provide technical support for ETL systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of data flows.

•Ensure proper documentation of data sources, ETL processes and data architecture.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of data engineering in Snowflake

3 to 5 years in upstream / downstream Retail industry and/or Supply Chain / Manufacturing domain

Sound Understanding of data quality principles and data governance best practices

Proficiency in data analytics languages like Python, Java, Scala, etc.

Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark and distributed computing frameworks to manage large scale data processing.

Proficient in using version control systems like Git for managing code and configurations.

SnowPro Core Certification and SnowPro Advanced Certification will be advantage

Job Description

•Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work

•Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications

•Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as instrumentation contractors and consultants

•Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme and produce short term works plans

•Prepare bored piling drawings and soil investigation reports for bored piling work

•Check geotechnical parameters for bored pile installation

•Ensure that all corrective action and preventive action are implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained

•Monitor and control progress to ensure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction programme

•Ensure material submission & approval, order and delivery are according to agreed schedules

•Prepare AutoCAD, shop, and as built drawings

Requirements

•Degree in Civil Engineering/Geology, recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore

•At least 3 years’ experience with extensive experience in bored piling projects

•Have experience in rock fissure and base grouting processes

•Familiar with local codes and regulations, as well as submission procedures

•Well versed in structural and geotechnical design software packages and technology

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, design software and analytical tools e.g. MicroStation, Praxis, STAAD.Pro, Prokon, etc

•Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude

•Strong negotiation, planning and analytical skills

•Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

· Conceptualization and design of facades, propose and value engineering of connection details, member sizes, preparation of structural calculation reports,

· Delivery of technical presentations

· Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, fabricators, suppliers and other project team members

· Site inspections

· Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master degree is plus.

· Familiar with façade systems & material

· Proficient in common design tools, e.g. Autocad, Staad Pro, Strand 7, Mathcad…

· Familiar with BCA regulations & Euro codes

· Minimum 3 years of experience in façade engineering.

· Both of mid-level or senior level positions are available. Candidates with less façade design experience but with good understanding of engineering concept are also welcome.
