Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer after-sales service requests and complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain good communication and relationships with customers, understand customer needs and provide timely feedback
- Analyze after-sales service data, formulate improvement measures, and continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and refine after-sales service processes and standards to ensure the quality and efficiency of after-sales services
- Maintenance Services: Replace spare parts, conduct inspections and maintenance, track and report issues, and provide service feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma and above, preferably mechanical engineering, mechatronic, automation, electronic engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably experience in after-sales service and maintenance
- Possess excellent communication skills and team management abilities, able to effectively coordinate and lead a team to achieve work objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service awareness, able to quickly respond to customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Familiar with robotics, warehousing, logistics, or related fields, with a deep understanding of after-sales service processes and standards
- Basic English and Mandarin language proficiency
